The infinity pool achieves disinfection par excellence. The main function is to produce an excess of water in the pool by means of the impellers of the lower part, causing the water to overflow, and this is collected by the channels that surround the pool. Since the level of the water is the same as that of the surroundings, a perfect landscape integration is achieved. The sheet of water is a decorative element more. The fact that 100% of the water is recycled right at the waterline, allows us to enjoy an unbeatable floating cleaning and at the same time a homogeneous distribution of chemicals and water itself. In comparison with the skimmer pool, better results are obtained in hygiene, maintenance, aesthetics and the quality of the bathroom.

First step - Demolition of the upper part of the current pool
The demolition of the upper part of the current skimmer pool is carried out so that the perimeter channel can be shot and finished at the same level as the current pool beach. In this way we allowed to shoot a new glass inside the previous pool since it was an old pool with significant leaks.
Therefore, the solution was chosen to build a new pool within the old one.
Second step - Placing of iron and pipes
Next we proceed to place the iron consisting of a double-mesh welded structure of 6 mm diameter with 12mm diameter reinforcements in corners and encounters with soil every 40 cm. We place the pipes inside the two layers of mesh for both the bottom drives and the sump and pool
We take this opportunity to install pre-installation pipes for the future climate control system.
Third step - Gunded glass and support channel
Proceed to the shotcrete of the glass and support of the perimeter channel based on shotcrete by wet process. Plant concrete is used with a dosage of 400 kg of cement per m3. Fourth step - Perimeter channel and overflow
The concrete gunite is placed on a special block to form the perimeter overflow channel. Under this channel, PVC pipes are placed to collect water from the canal to the compensation tank. We proceed also to the construction of ladder of access to the pool and half-round meeting of vertical walls.
Fifth step - Waterproofing
Then proceed to the waterproofing of the perimeter channel. This waterproofing is essential to keep the water level at the same level as the overflow channel. In this waterproofing we use elastic cementitious products or waterproofing with polyurea membrane which guarantees a total sealing.
Sixth step - Coronation
Special crown ceramic pieces suitable for the dimensions of the perimeter overflow block are placed.
Seventh step - Gressite or ceramic tumbler
The inner lining of the glass is placed. Normally gressite is used in different shades. Larger pieces of special ceramic for pools of the Rosa Gres brand are also used. It is essential in this part to use in the grouting of ceramics and in the gluing of the same to the support, special adhesive cements to be in permanent contact with water and not to be attacked by the chemical products that are normally used in swimming pools.
